Service policy

The programme includes four private online Italian lessons over four weeks, with each lesson lasting 60 minutes.

Payment

The programme is paid in full before the four lessons are scheduled. The current website does not publish a payment link.

Rescheduling

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a lesson. With less notice, the lesson is normally counted, unless Giulia makes an exception based on the circumstances.

What the service is

Lessons focus on conversation, confidence and real-life communication. They are held through Google Meet and are not recorded. They are not legal, immigration or citizenship advice, and do not guarantee a particular CEFR level in four weeks.
