This is not a school course or an exam-preparation programme. We start with a guided conversation about your relationship with Italy, then shape the lessons around the situations you actually want to live in Italian.

Do I need to speak Italian to start?+
Not at all. We’ll start from your actual experience and choose useful language for your goals. The introductory conversation helps us understand the right starting point.
Is this an exam-preparation course?+
No. The programme focuses on conversation, confidence and real-life communication. Exam preparation can be considered separately when it matches your goal and level.
What happens in the first conversation?+
We talk about your relationship with Italy, who you would like to speak Italian with and what you would love to be able to say. It is a short introductory conversation, not a full lesson.
How are lessons held?+
Lessons are held online through Google Meet. You can join from anywhere. Each lesson lasts 60 minutes.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a lesson. With less notice, the lesson is normally counted, unless Giulia makes an exception based on the circumstances.
Is the package refundable?+
The final refund policy will be confirmed before a live payment link is published. The website and checkout will always use the same policy.
